To provide the Stoodio experience, we collect:
- Account Information: Your name, email, and studio details.
- Operational Data: Bookings, project statuses, and financial logs.
- Payment Info: Processed securely via our partners (Paymongo). We do not store your full card details on our servers.
3. How We Use It
Your data is used exclusively to facilitate your studio management, process payments, and provide customer support. We may occasionally send system alerts or product updates, which you can opt out of at any time.
4. Data Storage and Security
We use industry-standard infrastructure (Supabase/PostgreSQL) to store your information. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. While no system is perfectly secure, we implement rigorous safeguards to protect your records.
