By accessing Stoodio, you are agreeing to the following terms. We keep these short and transparent because we value your time.
1. Account Usage
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Stoodio cannot be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to weak passwords or shared credentials.
2. Payment & Tokens
Stoodio offers a hybrid model of subscriptions and one-time unlocks:
- Subscriptions: Billed monthly or annually. You can cancel at any time.
- Tokens: Once purchased, tokens do not expire. They are consumed per additional booking beyond your plan limit.
- Refunds: Digital feature unlocks and tokens are generally non-refundable once activated or used.
3. Limitation of Liability
Stoodio is provided "as is." While we strive for absolute reliability, we are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (such as lost business revenue) resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
4. Prohibited Content
You may not use Stoodio to manage activities that are illegal under the laws of your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.
5. Changes to Service
We are constantly improving Stoodio. This means features may change or be updated over time. We will always communicate significant changes that affect your workflow ahead of time.
